Management
The management of R1 is led by a dynamic group of experienced and knowledgeable people within the organisation, helmed by Mr. Sandana Dass, CEO, to formulate and successfully implement its strategies to achieve its vision through its “Leadership Team”. The leadership team forms the core of R1, which comprises the business heads of various departments, functionalities and geographies, who are responsible for translating the broad business strategies and policies to tangible goals and devise action plans to achieve them. This team is also responsible for devising the business models and providing guidance to the organisation in achieving the short-term and medium-term goals, towards the realisation of its bigger objectives
